The "Art" of cheese making???

Hai~~~ the M.S exam today is difficult like hell.... the lecturer keep asking those "cold" questions......

I attended a cheese making talk today..Well quite informative but is bored..Why no cheese sample provided >??? i thought it was a "DEMO" but then ended up with only "TALK" and "SLIDES".. so dissapointed.

After the entire talk , what i can remember is that.. cheese is simply the fat and protein concentrated !!! There is nothing as " low fat cheese" !!! And it is cruelsome in getting the " rennet" from the young calf's stomach for the making of cheese...Oh my god...Cheese had killed so many pity little calf !!! But we still love cheese so so so much...

Gain a lot of info on the making of cheese , it is basically a science more than ART ! I found that food technology is really great and interesting.. hehehehe

Aiyayaya....Malaysian studies again!!!!!!!!!

Aiks....Malaysian studies again!!!!!!!! I will sit for the M.S. midterm exam tomorrow morning!!!!!!! May God bless me....

Studying M.S now besides online surfing around..Why should we study M.S? There is totally no point in studying this LAN subject ..just make people suffering T_T

Wish that tomorrow anything will be fine and let me able to finish up the exam paper and get a PASS atleast......

wow.. long time didn't update...

Wow.. hahaha such a long long long long time i didn't come in and update my blog already..

I had started my new university life here in KL , well , it didn't make a big change since still in Malaysia . The only different thing is now I have to take care of myself without staying with my family.

The hostel life here is really bored , everyday facing the 4 walls inside a small room , walking around the small compound , doing the same things , eating the same meals....... BORED!!!

I hope i can go back to my home as soon as possible.. not just to alleviate my stress but i miss my home very much !!!!

Opps.. is the time for me to attend lecture ...Dont feel like going ....
